1. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:

2. Contract Formation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Receipt of an order confirmation email acknowledges that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance.
  • A binding contract is formed only when we send you a despatch confirmation email.
  • If only part of your order is despatched, the contract applies only to the items included in the despatch confirmation.
  • In the event of changes to price, availability, or delivery timelines before despatch, we will inform you and allow you to cancel or amend your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of errors, mispricing, or unforeseen availability issues, and you will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary based on your IP address or if you manually select a different region on the website.
  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes are included in the product price displayed.
  • Payment must be authorised before the order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment failure or verification issues.
  • Prices at the time of order placement are final and will not change unless exceptional circumstances arise.
  • In rare cases where actual shipping costs significantly exceed the amount charged at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the order to discuss the additional costs or provide a cancellation option.

4. Delivery and Risk

  • Goods are despatched via our trusted delivery partners.
  • Risk during transit remains with us until the goods are delivered to the customer. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the item's condition and safety.

Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary information to clear customs.
  • If customs clearance is not completed and the item is returned to us, the customer may be charged for the return shipment and any subsequent reshipment costs.

Packaging Liability:

  • We ensure goods are properly packaged to protect them during transit. If items arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to support a claim.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details during checkout. If items are undeliverable due to incorrect information, customers may be charged for redelivery.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Unclaimed shipments returned to us may incur storage fees. If unclaimed for more than 14 days, the order may be cancelled, and customers will be refunded, excluding all shipping costs and fees incurred to and from the destination.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled before despatch by contacting us directly.

Returns (Online and In-Store):

  • For online orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For in-store purchases, items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty. Exchanges are available within 14 days if items are in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Certain items, such as artworks, cannot be returned unless required under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, which allow a 14-day cooling-off period for online orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • Faults or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs depend on the item and location:
    • Artworks and Furniture: Customers are responsible for return costs.
    • Accessories (UK): We cover return costs for UK-based returns.
    • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalised, engraved, made-to-order, or bespoke items are non-returnable.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within the return period.

Restocking Fee:

  • In rare cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, which will be communicated prior to processing the return.

6. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Codes are valid for a specified promotional period and expire as indicated.
  • Codes apply to full-price items only and cannot be used on sale or discounted products unless explicitly stated.
  • Codes are valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed in-store.
  • Codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • If a code fails due to technical issues, customers should contact us before completing the purchase.
  • Misuse of codes, such as unauthorised sharing or abuse, may result in the cancellation of the code or the order.

7. Export Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import laws and regulations in the destination country.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to complete any required customs documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • If a package is delayed or returned due to customs issues (e.g., incomplete documentation or unpaid duties), the customer may be charged for the return and reshipment costs.
  • We are not responsible for restrictions or bans on certain goods in the destination country. Customers should verify the eligibility of products for import before purchasing.

  • We use SSL encryption to ensure the secure transmission of your personal and payment information during transactions.
  • Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode provide additional security measures for online payments.
  • We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to safeguard your personal data.
