The Quantum Kitchen

1/4

The Belgravia showroom kitchen was inspired by the Quantum Screen LINLEY created for the Masterpiece London art fair using 3D ripple technology. This technique had never been used before in cabinetry. Everything is possible at LINLEY.

The upper cabinetry is inspired by classical parquetry using light oak veneers angled at 45 degrees. For the lower cabinetry section, a dark grey oak has been used to create the innovative 3D quilted cabinetry first seen at Masterpiece. The bookmartched stone slabs are Taj Mahal Quartzite.

Inspired by David Linley, the marquetry detailing of some of the nation’s favourite condiments add a tongue in cheek twist to the cabinetry. The tap is from Quooker and provides hot, cold, and boiling water. All the metal detailing is bespoke with copper finishes.

The charcoal oak exterior of the Quantum bar is segmented by a copper stringing pattern which directs the path of the wood grain. Within the bar, the copper shelving provides a striking contrast with the light figured anigre of the doors. The back and central sections of the bar are all mirrored to reflect the crystalware, adding to the handsome interior.
